We are pleased to share with you that our Commercial Property team is now led by Rebecca Jones who is a solicitor and Partner at the firm. Rebecca will be assisted by Mark Clegg, a Solicitor, with over 11 years of experience in property law.  Rebecca and Mark are well supported by a team of three specialist assistants, Pat, Fiona and Joanne, who between them have over 100 years of experience.

Rebecca has worked in Commercial Property for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in all types of matters from commercial land and property purchases and sales, leases and estate management, development work, mortgages and refinancing to name but a few.  Mark gained his initial experience in a residential property setting before transferring to the commercial property team and has a keen eye for detail and which will stand him in good stead when dealing with commercial transactions going forward.
