MKB Solicitors LLP has recently promoted leading family law Solicitor, Rachael Burley, to the role of Partner and Head of Family Law.
With 17 years’ experience as a family lawyer within the Yorkshire region and having spent the last 4 years at MKB as a Senior Solicitor, Rachael is ideally placed to lead the Family Law team and continue to grow its outreach in the Barnsley area.
Rachael and her highly experienced team specialise in all aspects of matrimonial law including children issues, divorce, financial matters, domestic abuse and cohabitee matters, carrying out important work in the local area to resolve family issues and protect individuals in extremely vulnerable circumstances.
Rachael is also a knowledgeable Family Mediator which will ensure MKB’s commitment to offering a service which is proven to provide amicable, mediated solutions to family issues. The promotion of Rachael Burley follows a strong year for MKB as the firm goes from strength to strength in the Yorkshire legal market.
