Natalie Briscoe LL.B (Hons)

After spending her childhood in Barnsley, Natalie completed her LLB Law Degree at Sheffield Hallam University before going on to begin her legal career in 2015. Natalie studied the Legal Practice Course with Masters at the University of Law, Manchester alongside her full time legal role at a large commercial law firm in the North West. Natalie qualified as a Solicitor in March 2022, having moved to an international law firm working from their office in Leeds.

Natalie has now returned to Barnsley and joined MKB’s Dispute Resolution team in January 2023 and has experience in dealing with:

• Contractual disputes;
• Debt recovery;
• Damage to commercial and personal property;
• Defective workmanship matters;
• Product liability;
• Consumer contracts including the supply of goods and services;
• Neighbour and boundary disputes;
• Professional Negligence;

Natalie enjoys developing longstanding client relationships which allow for the efficient resolution of ongoing matters and implementing effective strategies to resolve issues before they develop into formal disputes.

Outside of work, Natalie has recently relocated back to South Yorkshire after living in Manchester for 7 years and in her spare time can either be found following her favourite football team or enjoying live music at a festival.
