Mark Clegg LL.B (Hons)

Mark joined MKB in January 2022 within the Residential Property department as a Chartered Legal Executive having 8 years’ experience in various aspects of Residential Property but also having dealt with niche areas such as Court of Protection purchases and sale, trust purchases and sales, assents, adverse possession claims and title reconstitution to name but a few. Mark cross qualified as a Solicitor in May 2023.

Mark completed his degree in 2012 and LPC in 2013 at the University of Huddersfield and began working as a Legal Assistant at a firm in Wakefield in 2013 which is where his career in Residential Property started.

In 2014 he moved to a national firm in Sheffield where he began fee earning full time as a paralegal. He then undertook CILEX and became a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2017.

In 2019 he was promoted to Associate at his firm due to his technical knowledge and excellent client service.

Mark prides himself in being friendly, accessible, a problem solver and giving a high attention to detail.

Outside work Mark has a season ticket for Barnsley FC, enjoys running and often attends British Touring car racing events.
