Luke joined our team in 2023 following his successful development of 2 firms litigation departments in the Wakefield area. He has over 10 years’ experience in dispute resolution, you can therefore be rest assured he will understand your legal issue and find a timely and cost-effective resolution for you. He regularly attends Court on behalf of client’s, representing their cases in the County Court & Tribunals . His areas of practice predominantly cover (but are not limited to):
- Landlord and Tenant matters (commercial and residential)
- Claims brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TLATA claims)

In his spare time Luke enjoys spending time with his family and friends out in the countryside or trying to improve his golf handicap (which isn’t going too well).
Luke has previously chaired the charity committees in his previous firms and looks forward to furthering our charitable works in the local community, he was previously a Trustee for Wakefield Trinity Community Trust in 2020 and is a proud member of the employer board at Barnsley College.

N v Multiple Defendants – High Value Personal Injury [Ongoing]
Serious road traffic collision resulting in lower limb amputation.
J v E – International Commercial Dispute [Ongoing]
Recovery of a 6-figure sum on behalf of our client regarding an unpaid contract.
R v K – Trust of Land Defence:
Successfully defended a parties claim against our client for a 50% share in a property.
B v S – Adverse Possession:
Successfully presented an application for adverse possession for our client who had been in possession of land for over 40 years.
G v M – Commercial Dispute:
Facilitated the negotiation of our client vacating a company following a dispute between directors securing a 5-figure settlement.
A v F – Trust of Land:
Secured a 6-figure settlement on behalf of our client by way of application for sale under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
