Jane is a Solicitor in our Family department. She joined the firm in October 2023. Jane is from Barnsley and has practiced Family Law in the Barnsley area since she qualified as a Solicitor in 1994. She specialises in all areas of Family Law including:
- Divorce and separation
- Resolving financial settlements including property, pensions and companies/businesses
- Separation Agreements and Living Together Agreements
- Disputes between unmarried couples
- Domestic abuse and injunctions
- Children issues including parental responsibility and Special Guardianship
Jane holds the Law Society Advanced Family Law Accreditation.
