Emma Evans LL.B (Hons), FCILEx

Emma joined MKB in January 2020 and works within the Residential Conveyancing department as a Chartered Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer. She carries out a variety of transactions including Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchases, new build purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Right to Buy purchases and dealings with unregistered land.

Emma studied Law at Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2011 and then went on to complete the CILEx Graduate Fast-Track Diploma qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in February 2017. Emma has also cross qualified to become a Licensed Conveyancer under CLC.

Emma began her legal career in 2012 as a Paralegal in the Conveyancing department of a Chesterfield based law firm and has worked in Conveyancing ever since as she enjoys this area of the law. Subsequently she has gained valuable experience in the Conveyancing field.

Emma is professional and approachable and ensures that she delivers a high level of client care in all her work.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family and enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her Cockapoo.
