Chloe Peczek

Chloe joined MKB in January 2024 as a Family Law Paralegal.

Chloe started her legal journey as an Apprentice in 2017 shortly after finishing her A Levels at Thomas Rotherham College. She built experience as a Legal Assistant over a period of 6 years.

Chloe is an aspiring Lawyer and has commenced the Cilex Legal Executive Course, which following successful completion, she will qualify as a Cilex Lawyer.

Chloe is able to assist in all aspects of Children law, such as disputes about contact or living arrangements for children.

Chloe is also able to assist in relation to matters where there is Local Authority involvement such as Child in Need, Child Protection Planning and in the Public Law Outline Process (PLO). Chloe regularly attends Public Law Outline meetings to represent and guide parents throughout this process.
