In April 2013 the government made changes to the legal aid system so that legal aid is now only available in family cases in certain situations, namely where you are a victim of domestic violence or where there are child safety issues. We will be able to tell you if your case is eligible for legal aid and, if so, will assist you in applying for legal aid.
