During the month of February the Probate team took part in an event to help Barnsley Hospice.

Members of the public were invited to make a Will during that month and instead of paying the fees to us, they made a donation to the Hospice.

The department, consisting of three solicitors and their secretaries were busier than they imagined during that month, so much so that some appointments to execute the Wills were carried over into March.

We prepared around 80 free Wills during the month and over £4000 has been raised for the Hospice.

We are proud to have had the opportunity to help a local and worthwhile cause and the people of Barnsley who need the care the Hospice provides.
