Auctions are becoming an increasingly popular way of buying and selling property, whether by the traditional method where ‘the hammer comes down’ or by the ‘modern auction’ where, if successful, a buyer is essentially granted an option to purchase for a period of time.

At MKB, we regularly advise on the sales and purchase of properties at auction. When acting for buyers, we offer a free consultation on to the documentation contained within the auction pack. If ultimately your purchase does not proceed at auction, our promise is that we will not charge a fee for our services.

When acting for sellers, we liaise closely with the auctioneer and the selling agents to ensure that the auction pack is finalised in an accurate and timely fashion. Upon confirmation of sale, we will then handle completion of your behalf.
