Gaynor Landon CILEX

Gaynor joined MKB in November 2024 within our Residential Property Department as a Chartered Legal Executive.  Gaynor qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2005 and has specialised in Residential Conveyancing subsequently, gaining fantastic local knowledge given she has worked in the local area for over 23 years.  She began her legal career in 1997 as an apprentice for a small legal firm in Sheffield and enrolled on Legal Executives course in 1999, attending a college in Sheffield two nights a week whilst still working full time.

Gaynor is conscientious, friendly and approachable and always puts client’s needs first. She is aware of how stressful moving house can be and always strives to make the process as stress free as possible for her clients, whilst her using best endeavours to ensure transactions are completed in a timely way.

Outside of work, Gaynor enjoys spending quality time with family, baking, country walks and reading.
