The litigation team at MKB Solicitors has flourished over the past year, bolstered by the addition of new solicitors.
Helen Thompson, Luke Newton, Natalie Briscoe and Charlea Ogley form a team boasting fantastic strength in depth, able to meticulously fight the corner of its clients across the Yorkshire region. These talented solicitors bring a wealth of experience across various areas of law, ensuring MKB’s clients can trust they are in safe hands when difficult issues arise. To highlight their experience:
- Helen Thompson has over 20 years expertise in general litigation as well as clinical negligence, with a particular specialism in contentious inheritance disputes.
- Luke Newton has been practicing in law for over 10 years and joined MKB after practising in the Wakefield area, his areas of expertise include commercial litigation, unmarried couple disputes and general litigation.
- Natalie Briscoe joined MKB from a national insurer led law firm and has been practising law for 9 years. Her areas of expertise include property disputes including landlord and tenant matters alongside boundary disputes.
- Charlea Ogley has now been training towards qualification as a lawyer for 4 years, she brings accomplished support to the team of solicitors.
The team is led by Senior Partner, Ben McFeely, who has practised law in Barnsley for 14 years as a distinguished employment lawyer.
