We will need to receive from you in advance of the meeting £99.00 plus VAT of £19.00 = total £114.00 and then if you wish to proceed before we carry out any further work, the Petition Fee and £300.00 costs. The balance will be requested from you before we apply for Decree Nisi.
Undefended Divorce – Respondent
Cost: £200.00 plus VAT of £40.00 = Total £240.00
We will check the divorce paperwork with you and advise you on the process and any claim for costs being claimed by the Petitioner.
