Helen Thompson LL.B (Hons)

Helen is an Associate Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Department.

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 after attending Lancaster University, where she obtained a Law Degree at 2:1 level. She attended the College of Law in York to obtain her LPC qualification, where she received a Distinction, and completing her training contract with a firm in Darlington. Helen then moved to Yorkshire where she has lived and worked ever since.

Helen joined us in March 2022. She advises on a wide range of litigation matters including, but not limited to:-

• Disputed wills and Inheritance Act claims
• Clinical negligence claims, including brain injury
