It’s National Administrative Professionals Day so there’s no better chance to celebrate the unsung heroes of our firm!

One of the features of our firm that we feel sets us apart is the highly skilled, efficient and significant team of administrative staff we employ to support and complement our solicitors and the advice they provide to our clients.

Rather than pool a small number of secretaries amongst a large team of lawyers, which now tends to be the norm within the legal sector, we largely operate across our firm with a dedicated legal secretary for each solicitor in order to ensure constant progress for our clients and to provide the client with an ever-present point of contact meaning they can obtain updates on the progress of their matter whenever needed.

Our administrative function is the backbone of our business, without which we couldn’t operate. The unseen hard work from our team is the key to ensuring our clients leave with the result they wanted, or their problem solved.

We are immensely proud of the contribution our administrative team provide and are pleased to celebrate their hard work and efforts on behalf of MKB.
